I recently had a neck and face lift done by Dr. Kim. I cannot possibly express how happy I am with not just the results but with the entire process as well. I saw Dr Kim for my initial consultation in the Redlands office. I was greeted by a staff who is not just welcoming, but very professional. Dr Kim spent quite some time with me, really listening to what I was looking for, which was to just look like me minus the visual signs of aging. She thoroughly explained the entire process, giving me her input about the final outcome as well as expectations about the recovery process. Prior to surgery the staff kept in regular contact regarding any medical requirements I needed (EKG) as well as giving me a packet of information that was thoroughly explained. All my questions were answered, and I never once felt rushed. The entire staff is just amazing.

And the best part? The outcome! Dr. Kim is truly a master in her profession. I am absolutely amazed by how I look. It is exactly what I was looking for; I look like a more youthful and fresher me. The change is subtle enough that others will think you went on a long relaxing vacation, yet the change has been profound for me. I love looking at myself in the mirror. What a gift is that! I would do it again in a second.

Although my words will truly never express how thankful I am for Dr. Filip, I am sure going to try. I am a little over a week out from my rhinoplasty surgery, and I am already just in awe. I can’t describe how thankful I am to Dr. Yu for helping me love my body again!

I am 36, a mom and I lost 100lbs from gastric bypass surgery. I don’t wear makeup or wear anything other than jeans and t-shirts so I’ve always liked a more “natural” look, but my breasts were so stretched out, saggy and empty. They didn’t fit into any bras correctly and there was so much weight on my stomach from where they sagged. Although I had lost a lot of weight, my breasts made me feel so uncomfortable and self conscious.

I met with Dr. Yu and I immediately clicked with her because she wanted me to look natural, just like I did. I did not want large breasts (I was a DDD naturally before having babies) and I really gave her control when it came to implant size because I trusted her professional opinion. She ended up putting smaller implants in than we had originally discussed because she knew my aesthetic goal was to look natural, not to meet some specific size- and I am SO thankful she did! I feel so seen and listened to! There was no upselling or dismissing my concerns. My breasts look and feel so natural now. They even move naturally. I feel so much more comfortable in my own skin!

I also love that she has purple hair. She is kind, professional, so so knowledgeable and thorough. I won’t go to anyone else if anything else comes up in the future.
